However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right. Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 24 hours of your date of purchase. if the 24 hour has been passed and you have a problem you can contact any time via our email, via ticket on your account, to fix your problem. We will work to fix any issues you have, but also will refund unused time of your service account. Once you log in the account is active and time starts from that date. Any activated account will be prorated for refund. You also agree that Star Image/my 5 lines/Jelly Sales has the right to charge the card and you are the owner of the card/account. If you file a chage back against our company you agree to pay all fees associated with this. If you do not agree to terms and conditions of refund do not place an order. Â
