    EXTERNAL TV refers to Internet-based Television where internet is used to deliver TV programs & Videos that are either live or on demand.

    WE RECOMMEND USING AN OUTSIDE SOURCE TO USE THE SERVICE FOR THE BEST CONNECTION. Examples: fire stick, onn android box (cost 19.98) android phones 
    smart tv’s and roku devices are not a recommend source of service due to memory and instability of processing.

    As with any device you will need to preform a weekly clean up of your devices. 

    1. cache files (DO NOT CLEARE CACHE DATA)  and force close the app.
    2. unplug power supply to your internet equipment and device.
    3. Restart your internet allow it to reconnect to supplier
    4. reconnect one home device at a time to power supply and restart. 

    In most cases this will correct any errors you are getting by restoring a clean internet connection and cleaning up the memory on your device. please do these steps before contacting support.
