We do off uptime of 98% we do not claim to be operational 100 % of the time, in this type of tv service issues to arise, with power, internet and servers. We work to fix these problems as fast as possiable to prevent large down times. 

Client is responsible for getting to know how EXTERNAL TV works and the nature of it.
any EXTERNAL TV Package could be replaced with any other in case of the unavailability, this includes when channel or programs become out dated.

We don’t and will not PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR YOUR INTERNET. As the consumer you are to know how to clean and reset your own equipment, please follow the steps listed in the FAQ section on the home page for assistance with this process. The provision for any packages may vary, and we may add or remove any service without prior notice.
